ORDERING OPTIONS

In order to server you better, AC Bouquets offers two ordering options.

SHOPPING CART:

Ordering is quick and easy with our PayPal shopping cart
 (PayPal account not necessary). You select the color(s) you want and click "add to cart". When you are done shopping click "view cart". You can update quantities and select your payment method. You will receive a personal confirmation within 24 hours.  Your order is usually ready to ship within 2 - 4 weeks. We may contact you if we need any further information to complete your order.  We will do our best to accommodate all special requests.


ORDER FORM:

Our printable order form allows you to order by fax or mail.  You may pay with credit card, money order or personal check.  We will contact you to design your custom bouquet or package, and your credit card is not charged until we have confirmed the details of your order.

Our form is 100% secure and uses the latest security technology. 
We review each order carefully and provide you with a personalized 
confirmation email. Your credit card is not charged until we have confirmed the details of your order.

Texas Residents will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax

We encourage you to email us with any questions. We are very flexible in our designs, and have flowers and colors that are not shown on this website.
 
  

 
SHIPPING & HANDLING
  
We ship Monday through Friday. Small orders may be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground, sometimes in multiple boxes. 
Please contact us if you have any shipping preferences. Additional charges may apply.
 
Package or other discounts do not apply to shipping. 
Shipping and Handling rate is based on pre-discount order price.

You can order with confidence that we will take a sincere interest in

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS
  
Payment Options: You may pay by check, money order or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express). Include payment with your order or mail payment within 5 business days of faxing order. 

Shipping Time: Your order should be ready to ship in two to four weeks. Rush orders available for an additional fee. This option is only available if flowers are in stock. Place rush orders using secure online order form.

Our Guarantee:  Defective merchandise will be replaced, if possible, or your money refunded.*  

Cancellations:  You may cancel your order by phone or email within 72 hours. Orders cancelled after 72 hours will be charged a 50% service fee. Failure to respond to our correspondence does not constitute a cancellation.

Approval: Photos of your completed items are e-mailed before shipping. You will have at least 48 hours to review photos and request any changes. Changes that vary from original order may require additional charges. If we do not hear from you your order will ship 48 hours after photos are emailed.

Returns and exchanges:  Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Custom orders are not refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be packed carefully and shipped in original packing boxes or similar quality. It must arrive to us in good condition. If your flowers are returned to us in used or poor condition, we will not issue a refund. *

Sizes:  Sizes are approximate. As all orders are custom made by hand, there may be slight variations.
   
* Sales merchandise and discounted items:  These items are limited to stock on hand. Sorry, but we can't accept returns on sales or discounted merchandise.
 
Silk flowers are sometimes discontinued by our suppliers. Some substitutions may be made.

Order Forms
Contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services. We NEVER give out your personal information to anyone for any reason.
