CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/PRIVACY

You may cancel your
order by email within 72 hours. Orders cancelled after 72 hours
will be charged a 50% service fee. Failure to respond to our
communications does not constitute a cancellation.
Photos of your completed items are e-mailed before shipping. You will have
at least 48 hours to review photos and request any changes. Changes that
vary from original order may require additional charges.
Defective merchandise can
be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must
be packed carefully and shipped in original packing boxes or similar
quality. It must arrive to us in good condition. If your flowers are returned to us in used or poor
condition, we will not issue a refund.

Sizes are approximate. As all orders are custom made by hand, there
may be slight variations.
Sale items are limited to stock on hand. Sorry, but we can't accept
returns
on sales or discounted merchandise.
