Why

Quality silk flowers last a lifetime, so you are
not only purchasing flowers to enhance your
wedding day, you are purchasing a keepsake. Silk
flowers can withstand the heat of a summer
wedding, won't discolor as with most
air-drying and no chemicals are needed like those
used in freeze-drying. Your silk flower
arrangements will be a gorgeous keepsake to
treasure for years to come.
What Are My Options?
Your wedding flowers are made to your
specifications. Special requests will be honored
whenever possible. Most designs are available
in your choice of colors. Items shown on
this website are just a sampling of the designs
available. We offer a wide variety of flowers,
colors and styles and accessories. Custom

When Will I Get My Flowers?
Orders are
usually ready to ship within two to four
weeks. Due to inventory variations of our
suppliers, we recommend you place your
order one to two months in advance. Rush
orders are available, some substitutions may be
made.

In
order to server you better, AC Bouquets offers two
ordering options.
SHOPPING CART:
Order quickly and easily with our PayPal shopping cart
(PayPal account not necessary). You select the color(s)
you want and click "add to cart". When you
are done shopping click "view cart". You can
update quantities and select your payment method. Your
order is processed immediately and is usually ready to
ship within 2 - 4 weeks. We will contact you if we
need any further information to complete your
order.
SECURE ONLINE ORDER FORM:
With this option you are
able to provide more detailed information regarding
your order, giving you more flexibility in your
design.
Fill in the
online order form with item number, colors,
quantity, price and other preferences; complete the billing and shipping
section, and click submit. We contact you to design your custom bouquet
or package, and your credit card is not charged until
we have confirmed your order.
Our order form is 100% secure and uses the latest
security technology. We review each
order carefully and provide you with a personalized confirmation email.

Shipping & Handling

We ship Monday through Friday.
Most small orders will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Most packages will ship USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground, sometimes in multiple boxes.
Please let us know if you have a preference.
Package or other
discounts do not apply to shipping.
Shipping and Handling rate is based on pre-discount order price.

AC Bouquets, a company of Appleblossom Creations, has been designing Silk Bridal Bouquets and Wedding Floral Packages at affordable prices since
2002. You can order
with confidence that we will take a sincere interest in your
needs and do our best to accommodate every request.

Cancellations
/ Returns / Privacy

Sizes are approximate. As all orders are custom made by hand, there
may be slight variations.
All sales are final. You may cancel your
order by email within 72 hours. Orders cancelled after 72 hours
will be charged a 50% service fee. Failure to respond to our
communications does not constitute a cancellation.
Photos of your completed items are e-mailed before shipping. You will have
at least 48 hours to review photos and request any changes. Changes that
vary from original order may require additional charges.
Defective merchandise can
be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must
be packed carefully and shipped in original packing boxes or similar
quality. It must arrive to us in good condition. If your flowers are returned to us in used or poor
condition, we will not issue a refund.

Sale items are limited to stock on hand. Sorry, but we can't accept
returns on sale or discounted merchandise.

Our site uses an order form. We collect contact and financial information.
Contact information from the order form is used to get in touch with the
customer when necessary.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for
products and services. We NEVER give out your personal information to
anyone for any reason.
